Service transformation: Implementing change

This module is focused on the analysis of the care pathway, identification of areas for improvement, and successfully implementing change on a progressive scale.

When you have completed this module, you will:

• Be aware of questions that can identify problems, roadblocks and inefficiencies within the patient journey;
• Be able to test your change plan with PDSA cycles;
• Know the three critical factors for the successful change.
