Any users of the Platform found to be in breach of these terms and conditions will have their user registration and access rights terminated.

1. The Platform is Prostate Cancer UK’s online learning for health professionals (including our recorded webinars) and is only intended for use by registered medical and health professionals based in the United Kingdom. It is not intended for use as a medical resource for patients and the public. The content has been written and provided for medical professionals in good faith and as a professional service. It therefore does not constitute medical advice or a tool for self-diagnosis or treatment.

2. By using this Platform and accessing the content made available via the Platform, you warrant that you are health professional based in the United Kingdom.

3. Prostate Cancer UK will process any personal data provided by you in connection with the Platform in accordance with our privacy policy (http://prostatecanceruk.org/about-us/terms-and-conditions).

4. Users of the Platform should be aware that content is authored by third party medical professionals and medical writers who may have different opinions. Prostate Cancer UK has made all efforts to ensure accuracy and a sound evidence base, however due to advances in medical terminology the content on the Platform may not always be up to date. 7. A certificate awarded to a user of the Platform upon completion of a course does not warrant or imply medical competence in the area.

All rights (including copyright) in any information, logos, images and documents contained within, or accessed via, the Platform (including the screen displays, the content, the text, graphics and look and feel of the site) belong to Prostate Cancer UK or our licensors and must not be distributed or reproduced without express permission in writing from Prostate Cancer UK.

9. The content on the Platform contains links to third party websites. These links are provided for the convenience of the user and Prostate Cancer UK is not responsible for the content of any other websites that are linked to or from the Platform. Prostate Cancer UK excludes all warranties and all liability for any loss or damage you incur as a result of your use of such sites. We will not be responsible for the content of any advertising or sponsorship that may appear on the Platform or for compliance of the same with any laws or regulations.

Whilst Prostate Cancer UK will try to ensure the Platform is accessible to health professionals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week it may occasionally be inaccessible due to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work. Prostate Cancer UK will endeavour to give users prior warning of any such maintenance work, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the Platform will be available at any time.

11. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England.  Non-contractual obligations (if any) arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (including their formation) shall also be governed by the laws of England.You agree submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales as regards any claim, dispute or matter (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (including its formation).
